not able to download the update

i contacted google about this error and they said there is no error on their part and i should contact the developer so i sent a email to kabam but they are not very helpful. can anyone help me to resolve this error

    Try restarting your device. If that doesn't work, uninstall it and do a fresh install. Make sure you have your Account linked so you can access it again. (Google Play/Apple, Kabam).

    Dont update... this is you being one of the lucky ones who doesnt have to deal with 10 new bugs while the older ones stick around
