Alliance rating and war matchmaking

Hello summoners and kabam,
I have a question: is legit that an ally consciously use player's statistic to manipulate average rating getting a significant advantage in war?
For example: i am playing with an ally that has 20 player, half inactive since months and very low and half obviously very high, with the clear intent to half medium rating of the ally.
Is this an unappropriated behaviour or a violation of terms of use?

It’s none of those.
It’s sucky facing teams like that, sure, but they’re not breaking any rules of the game.

So u're tellig me that kabam punish less significant behaviour like multilog -i mean if a player login means he can play at a certain time with a certain account- and not this, that has way more impact on the game multy player?

There is a large difference between account sharing and having an alliance with dormant accounts.
One is against the ToS, the other isn’t.

Sorry, but they’re mostly hampering themselves since most other alliance based events are harder to maintain for them with less active members. As long as ToS aren’t breached, nothing to be done about it.
It’s a douchey move. Definitely. Not against ToS though.
