If the 2 devices are playing on the same IP, you won't be banned.
If, let's say, one device plays now in the UK, and the other device plays in Australia in 2 hours time, then it's very likely you will be banned

You are allowed to use multiple devices as long as you're using your own Account. What is not allowed is using someone else's Account. That's what he means.
