I am requesting additional transparency regarding how exactly down times are considered when calculating legend run times.
The official response was so vague, and any new topics regarding this are reprimanded and closed, so my apologies for creating a new thread.
If I am completing a Legend run and their is some sort of outage, then how are my times measured? Is the timer paused for the duration of the outage only, or do you restart the timer once I log back in, or resume the event, etc. I know many of the players who participate in this challenge invest a lot of units on energy, boosts, masteries, etc., so a little more clarity and patience from Kabam staff would be much appreciated. Thank you.
