    It doesn’t, I’m asking to know the deadline to complete, it’s not clear if it’s by the end of the day the 14th, or end of the day the 15th, and what time the end of the day is??

    It's 2x weeks after it starts. It started on August 1st 10AM PST, so it ends August 15th 10AM PST
