Uncollected free crystal

Dears
For a while Ive notoced that time counter for uncollected free crystal is not running properly during the night time; namely once I woke up, the timer to received uncollected free crystal starts counting from 4h.
Do you have the same issue with uncollected free crystal?

    No. Once you claim it the counter starts. If it doesn't get claimed a counter won't start

    Im claiming around midnight - thus in the morning shall be ready to collect. However, in the morning timer starts counting from 4h... Thus, its not fine...

    Maybe you haven't claimed it at midnight?
    I never noticed anything wrong with the crystal timers. They work fine for me.

    I have just claimed one now.

    Are you saying you claim at midnight, then the next morning, after which the timer starts?
    That’s normal mate.
    Itks not a crystal they hand you every 4 hours. You can claim it every 4 hours. If not, timer won’t restart until you do claim it.
    I’d have 1000’s of them if that were the case... I quite often (a lot) forget to claim them...
