Regarding Piloting and Violating Terms of Service

How does Kabam differentiate between a piloted account and a summoner with 2 or more accounts in the game?
For example, I have 2 accounts and would like to know if I should be worried about playing both on the same device. Should I bring both accounts within the same alliance?
Can Kabam Mike or anyone from the team help us with what steps do we take to ensure our accounts aren’t mistaken as piloted account?

    Things such as location, device id, differences or red flags as to if the game is opened on a device never used on the account in a different timezone. Many factors. Top alliances would send eachother devices with the account and pay someone to run the season for them to avoid bans. Simple solution to not get banned is don't go seeking a catch 22 or ways to cheat and you have nothing to worry about.
