Aw season two rewards

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else had failed to receive their aw season rewards. Myself and three others in the alliance have missed out.

On emailing support they said we where all eligible but as seven days have passed we can't receive them now. myself and the others logged in every day and never received the rewards they never appeared in the stash either.
Just wanting to highlight that it is a glitch and not user error, I have been playing the game for over three years

    Why leave it so long, should have done it a couple days after season finished if you didn’t receive them.
    We are half way through season 3 now I’m afraid.

    I was checking every day for a while just thought no one had received them for a while
