Grandmaster Crystals

I used to play this game 3-4 years ago and stopped for awhile. just came back to it a few weeks ago and noticed a lot of youtubers having the grandmaster crystals above the featured hero crystals and I don’t have those. why is that? my game has the latest update

    Grandmaster crystals appear when you become uncollected by defeating the collector in act 5 chapter 2 part 6 (5.2.6)

    you need to beat the collector at the end of 5.2 to become uncollected and the featured grandmaster crystals cost 300 units each

    that’s lame i’m still on act 4 lol. my champs aren’t good enough for 4.3 yet id get tossed around, how can I rank up champs fast?

    keep slogging at act 4
    do aq and aw and do master mode each month invest units in masteries.

    I don't know why there are plenty about most are screaming for a reliable player who's active I like you quit the game and then got into a good alliance been hooked ever since are friendly rivalry pushes us to succeed and get stronger

    with an alliance you want to look at bronze or silver tier and at least round 20 active so you can hit 2 groups and lots of rewards.
