Who to focus/rank up next

Here is a few pictures of all my 4 and 5* champs. I'm at a loss as to who to work on and rank up next. I'm obviously taking quake, blade, Iceman and Scarlett witch to r5. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I haven't started act 5 yet, haven't beat RoL or RTL either. My current questing team is Hyperion, quake, AA, Iceman and gwenpool.
