ISO, health, expiring

I dont believe it's fair that our items we play for expire.. for example, I use my ISO on all my champs to the point I need to use catalyst, but then having them all that far.. I had to sell about300 ISO because they were expiring n had no new champs to use on.. sure I got gold.. but I'd rather have the ISO..
