Game is not running

Its been two days my game is not running on my ipad pro it keeps logging in for infinite time. Kbam enough is enough. Please do something. I havent log in for 2 days my alliance have kicked me i will not be able to 100% gwenpool event 100 % all difficulty and i will miss my tier 2 alpha catalyst. If i want compensation for this if it keeps going i will loose like a 5 star hero crystal and 5 star cinematic and legendary crystal as well

In this instance, not their fault. Its on your end. Everyone else is logging in, you need to check your side. Can't blame them in this situation.
