Has Kabam failed this planet?

this constant and continued issue of the game getting stuck on perpetual load has not been fixed and is even worse with this new update. i would like to partition Kabam of behalf of my alliance to get there act together and fix the issues that annoy us as customers before we all just give up and swap to a different game.
your priority should be to make things run smoother with less drop outs, perpetual loads and bugs. instead of making something that just looks pretty but dose not work how about you make it work right first!

I do agree, but they'll probably just tell you:

1) We're sorry for the inconvenience but we are working as fast as we can!
and
2) Our bug fixing team and our content development/aesthetics team are two separate teams that don't work with the same schedule/together and are independent teams
