You should really consider adjusting the exchange rate from lower catalysts to higher. 15 tier 2 catalysts for not even 1 tier 3 is just ridiculous. You allowed 3 tier 4s class to be exchanged for 1 of another class. Why not do the same with basics?

Cause you would need alot of basics. Have you ever noticed how often you get a t4cc vs a basic? That's a little unbalanced
