How to use Game Center account on other devices (no ios)

When I start to play the game, years ago now, i did not link my account to Kabam. Now I am facing difficulties because I cannot use my profile on any other devices if not ios and through its Game Center.
There is any change to adjust this issue?
I'm also worry that If I really plan to change my mobile (now Iphone) I will not be able to continue playing with actual profile but start everything from the beginning.
