Someone doesn't know how to use AA and PM... you should have done heavies after the parry for them. But for PM, only if you have incapacitate mission active, if it's parry mission then just keep on parrying.

The whole end off the combo with a light attack is a rookie mistake. I did it when I first started playing too. End the combo with a medium instead.

It's not a mistake. It's the players choice whether they want to end with a light or medium. But most people choose medium.
The only time it is a mistake is when using medusa.

But it’s more damage.... on the flip side, Luke Cage only gets exhaustion on lights so that’s where ending with a light makes sense.

Since ending it with a medium attack deals miter damage, its usually the best thing to do. Exceptions would be Luke cage for getting more exhaustion and Dormammu if you don't want to trigger the wrong imbue effect

Well still, it's not a mistake. Players have a choice whether to end with light or medium, based on their preferences. For example, i like taskmaster's last light attack more than his last medium, so with him i specially end with a light, unless the current exploit weakness is medium
