We’re recruiting at S.H.I.E.L.D's Training Academy [SHQTA] where we actually do what our alliance name claims! [SHQTA] is a place where you can learn the ins and outs to help get stronger, and learn the game mechanics to become true MCOC Player. At [SHQTA] our main goal is find eager players to train abe turn into awesome team members
WHO ARE WE, AND WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
• Alliance Network - we are part of a network of three alliances:
- [S.H.Q] S.H.I.E.L.D's Headquarters
- [SHQTF] S.H.I.E.L.D's Training Facility
• We are a well-organized, friendly, and active alliance where organization & communication are everything.
• We are more than an alliance. We are family and a well-known worldwide organization.
• Our alliance expectations are minimal and we are very laid back. We try to grow and succeed, but always remember RL comes first
• Most Importantly we are true Marvel based alliance who LOVES Marvel.
*GREAT FOR DAILY CASUAL PLAYERS WHO JUST ENJOY A GOOD MARVEL GAME, OR SUMMONERS WHO ARE LIMITED TO PLAYING FEW HOURS A DAY.)*

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO STAY OR JOIN?
• All future trainee's must meet the following recruitment requirements in order to join and stay:
- Must be summoner Lv 30+ Total Base Hero Rating of 40k+
- Must pay an entrance fee when joining: 1000 Gold & 100 Loyalty.
- Line App is REQUIRED (In order to join any of our training facilities or transfer to [S.H.Q])
- Repeat, Line is MANDATORY!!!
- Members must have at least 11 well trained champs overall. 3*s Rank 3/30-4/40, 4*s Rank 2/20-3/30
ALLIANCE POLICY EXPECTATIONS?
• Must be active & follow given orders from admins.
• Members must have (2/3) ratio of participation for all our Alliance Events.
• Members are expected to participate in all of following MANDATORY Alliance Events:
- SA Event, 5k minimum
- Duel Skirmish (*At least 10 duels)
• Members must 100% communicate & work as a team.
• All members are expected to participate in mandatory AQs & Wars. (5 AQs a week, 3 AWs a week)
• Absences: 3+ UNEXCUSED ABSENCES = Boot. Plain and simple. *Want to join a dead Alliance? Well, keep on searching, we are not that alliance.
Our alliances are well known for having good coordination and well planned strategies, and we are looking for people who can communicate with us efficientlly. At the moment, we are currently Tier for 9 for AW and Advanced Tier for [A.Q's]. All [A.Q's] are MANDATORY! *if an assigned BG has more than 10 Members, Its FCFS. (First Come, First Serve)
