Spider-man (Stark tech) abilities

Would one of the mods please elaborate on Spidey's "taunt" ability increasing chance of opponent to use a special. This is first of its kind ability to influence AI, correct? I imagine that AI controlled spidey cannot make a player controlled champion use a special, so its an ability only applicable to a player controlled champion.

    Is the first obviously ability that influence AI, but is not the first one. There are many defensive abilities that players can't use by them own, but that can be experienced when fightning against certain champions.
    Cable ability to be immune to poison, for example. Is almost impossible to be activated when a player uses him, and if it is trigger, then is only on useless fights. However, fightning against a Cable in map 5 using Voodoo, you can't do more than 5 poisons.
