I expected to see an increase in Loki champions while watching the redefined crystal spin, but I only saw one. It seems that the gate crystals are bogus.

    The spinner doesn't change anything

    The whole spinny thing is just a visual, and the characters that show up in it are chosen randomly. It just cycles through the champs that can appear in the crystal, regardless of their probability.
