Crystal spins still not slowing down after a person taps the crystal it is old and tiresome

When a person taps the crystal it is supposed to start to slow down and then stop and it is not it keeps spinning till it decides to stop not happy over it it needs to be fixed if not after almost 4 years and over a 700k rating im quiting this game period tired of this issue not being fixed

    Kabam has said that spinning makes no difference. It's merely a representative animation. As soon as you open the crystal, the payout is decided.

    How have you played this long and not known that spinning doesn't mean anything?

    Tap the Open Crystal button, champ. Sometimes I spin around before I hit it to get the feels.
