Lag against dormammu

Although I experience lag from time to time in the game, absolutely every single time I fight dormammu in aq, aw or arena the game lags so horribly that I'm kod before I can even attempt to block. I have emailed you guys twice, placed my feedback on the channels that you offered me and so on. Not only is this costing me a ton of units in revives and potions but is also making me contemplate quitting. I'm at the point in this game where I don't mind spending, but if I'm going to have zero fun because I can't help my alliance in alliance quests and wars what's the point. Please actually fix this, and at this point some kind of compensation is justified in my opinion.
