Locked out of dungeons when game glitches or changing screens

Soooooo, was playing dungeons and the game wouldn’t let me move. I obviously restarted the game, and couldn’t get back into my dungeon room!!!! Restarted SEVERAL times, still couldn’t get back in. Tried through fight menu and chat, both just kicked me back to the home screen. Just lost my points AND MY CHAMPS!! Also had the same thing happen to a friend when they went to open a crystal while waiting their partner, he couldn’t get back in either. Seriously, every dealing with dungeons causes 100 problems?!? Also the very fun( not fun at all) mini game I call whack a mole is also back! Any arena champ that u have requested help for? You have to request all over again, FOR EVERY SINGLE CHAMP if you play dungeons before they refresh. Seriously fix this guys! Not being able to get back into a dungeon, for whatever reason is beyond ridiculous! Costing time, points, and champs!
