Cap IW can’t nullify “Aspect of War” unstoppable buff + another inconsistency

Hey team, after CapIW failed to nullify the unstaoppable buff from Aspect of War (after a special attack), I went back and read his bio again. It certainly makes it sound like he should be able to do it in Uncollected 3.1. I also noticed that Punisher 2099’s special one attack is registering as physical damage instead of energy damage. Not sure if this is intensional, but the dissapearing weapon, the look of the projectiles, and the sound of it sure so make it sound like it’s made of energy. I figured this out because blocking it won’t build heat charges in Red Hulk. Hope this helps in some way.
