Better drop rates or more chances to get better characters from crystals

So I did epic and master for the rewards and I was able to get a 5 star, I open the guaranteed 5 star crystal and oh I get an iron patriot, then I open the 5 star one and what do u know a venom pool then I open the one containing 4 or 5 star guess what I get a duped 4 star cyclops and each of these characters I got had good champs beside em, an iceman as a 5 star a Thor ragnarok as a 4 star but no.Kabam can’t give me back my wasted time but I can at least get 1 decent champ right?

    The champ you get is decided when you click the crystal. What you see in the feed is only to entice you to buy more crystals. The odds of a desirable champion are always against you. That’s how it works.

    I didn’t even buy crystals this was from the rewards but I got nothing but trash

    You will almost always get what you think is trash. That’s my point. This is the odds. I have 26 5* I think, and you would like probably 6-7 of them.
