4* Sparky vs 4* Iceman

Spun a cinematic crystal out of shards and pulled a 4* Sparky (So happy) and I spun a 4* right after and pulled an Iceman.
I'm thinking about r4ing both but which first?

Both eventually. Stark first. His damage output is riduculous and utility is awesome. I 100% Act 5, have many r4 5*.......yet still always use my 4* Stark on quest team
