    dupe one 3 times but that is normal kind of variation that happens....

    I saw this with I think X-23. 5-6 people in a row opened the same character in an afternoon

    They might be even but there is definitely something weird with their algorithm. With how big the pool is the chances of 1 person pulling 2 champs is crazy small. However, we see it a lot. I've done it myself a number of times(2 medusa crystals got me 2 bpcw back to back). And yet I couldn't get a featured in 21 crystals. Now it might be because people don't post the good **** but you rarely see people celebrating 2 of the same awesome champs. It's usually people pulling the **** tiers in doubles.
