Please change the "Problems connect to network" info accordingly

The error info of "Problems connecting network. Please check your connection." is not a accuate statement when the server is not responding. Since this is not a internet connection issue at all.
Could you please change the info to "Problems connecting to server, ......." when above situation happens, so that I wont check my internet connection again and again.
