Mordo doesn't trigger fury and power gain while blocking!

Well the title pretty much sums it up. It says on Mordo's info that when blocking he gains fury and 16% power over 1 second.
My 3* version before the update did that very well but I just got a 4* Mordo like less then an hour ago and he doesn't. Tested my 3* again and he doesn't also.

In addition he won't block after like a 5 hit combo or an evade and seems like my NC has the same problem. Didn't kabam said it was supposed to be fixed???

    He gains fury by holding his heavy.........

    He gains power every 8 seconds........

    But my 2nd point about blocking is still valid.

    He is defintely super slow to block after a combo.

    He has 2 tipes of power gain.
    Charging heavy attack: Gains a lot of power, but only works under 1 bar of power.
    Passive power gain: activates a power gain every 8 seconds
