Summoner Boost and Labyrinth of Legends

So I was expecting with the 10% summoner attack boost that if i used a team with Antman and Yellow Jacket, that would give me enough attack to bring anyone else since it was over the 18% threshold. I went in and used a r4 starlord but he didnt have the long timer. Is that working as intended or is that a mistake?

Boosts don’t effect enrage, so the 10% doesn’t count, you still need the same synergies as before

@Lvernon15 is right. Boosts and masteries never affect the enrage timer. Only synergies do.
