Hello,
I noticed that the moderator said the issue with the big reward will be fixed by the end of the day.
Does that mean it may be tied to timer for when we can claim our next summonrer appreciation crystal?
If this is the way it will be distributed, can you clarify that so we are not constantly checking to see if the issue is fixed?
Knowing the delivery method and steps to perform to claim it properly would be appreciated.
