Best path for second labyrinth of legends path?

I have completed the easy path (colossus detour) haven't killed spidey yet. I'm wondering what is the best path to do second and best team setup? I have a rank 5/65 Duped Medusa, with 6 star black bolt and 5star Karnak for royal family synergy. I also have 5 star 4/55 duped Stark Spidey and 5 star 4/55 duped Blade.
