Crazy lag since summoner appreciation week started

I've been experiencing really bad lag since I logged in today. This has affected pretty much everything from parrying, dexterity to even lagging in a SP3 animation.

Has anyone else experienced this?

My device specs are:

Model: Samsung Galaxy S6
MCOC Version: 19.1.1
