No arena rank rewards

Today the 4* sentinal arena ended and I got around 300,000 score, but no rank rewards

    Usually the Basic Rewards come out around 3 and a half hours after it ends. Sometimes before, sometimes after. Occasionally, there's a longer delay if there's an issue, but it's not that often.
