Regular 5* or feautured 5* crystal

Hey guys i am about to get my first 5* hero but my friend told me regular 5* crystals are trash rn what do you think i should do?

    U need one speficik one now ?
    Altho i wud wait for better pool.. atm too many trash..
    there will be added lot more in feature and lot better..

    I may try for iceman early august otherwise nov, and I'm the kinda guy who opens everything right away. My philosophy has been if you have star lord duped go for featured otherwise horde and wait

    I'm opening them as they come in since everytime they add more, it lowers my chance of duping those that I have.

    There are enough champs in the normal one now to stop me going for a feature. The bad thing is most champs need duped, so even pulling the feature once can be useless most times.

    My alliance member used 90k shards for Dormamu and didn't get him.

    I used 15k for Mordo and got him, that's my only ever attempt.

    Ultron is too much to waste shards with, r4 ultron will clear almost anything so I just hoping to pull him
