Best champ for act 5 chapter 1

I am on act 5 chapter 1 and an in the venom life transfer part and next is electro can someone plz tell me who the best champs for this is.
My team 4* unduped stark spidey 4/40
4* unduped Medusa 4/40
4* unduped Gwenpool 4/40
4* unduped Wolverine X23 4/40
And a 2/35 5* ultron unduped.
Opening a 5* on Wednesday for when captain America infinity war comes out so hopefully I can get him and smash through act 5:)

    If I do get him he will be replacing ultron on my team so that I can get more damage

    Watch seatins vid. Rogue is best for flare, Medusa/ dd Netflix best for breakthrough, idk.
