Question about Ability Accuracy Reductions. If I was using a champion who reduced the opponents ability accuracy by 80%, and I was facing an opponent who had a 60% chance to activate something, which would happen?:
1. Would the opponent have a -20% chance of it happening?
2. Or would the opponent have a 12% chance of it happening?

it really is quite simple basic math......
ChampsBaseAA - (ChampsBaseAA x AAReduction%) = NewAA
so
60 - (60 * 80%) = 12
or
ChampsBaseAA * (100 - AAReduction)% = NewAA
so
60 * (100 - 80)% = 12
or
100 - AAReduction = X
ChampsBaseAA / 100 = Y
X * Y = NewAA
100 - 80 = 20
60 / 100 = 0.6
20 x 0.6 = 12
3 quick and simple ways to work it out that should give you the explanation rather than just the answer...
