Should I use tech signature stones on my 4* Sentinel?

I got lucky and drew a 4* Sentinel from the Premium Hero Crystal, thus duping the one I won in the arena yesterday. I'm considering using my stockpile of tech signature stones (11), but I'm wondering if I should hold off to use them on another champion? I already own Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced), Green Goblin, and Doctor Octopus as 4*'s, and before duping the Sentinel, I was hoping to use the stones on Spider-Man.

    Use them on the Sentinel
    Better for SL if you have him but Sentinel is good too.

    Nah, I only have him as a 3*, although I pulled a 4* Vision (Age of Ultron) today.
