Moon Knight's Moon Phases

Noob question from 3+ year MCoC veteran. I have always believed that Moon Knight's moon phase was based on the actual real life moon (I also thought that Yondu could sell enemy armor for units :blush: ). Some alliance mates and I are discussing whether this is accurate information or not. No where in his old Champion Spotlight (reposted by Adora) does it clearly state whether the phases are based on the actual real life moon or some type of RNG. Can anyone weigh in with proof, or can any MOD confirm or deny?

    You could always check with real life. Look at what moon phase he is at currently and then just look outside at the real moon, or search it up what todays moon is.

    It goes in tandem with the Moon's Phases. Not sure if it's to the exact second or not.
