Won't let me start a new account

I have an account on my phone and wanted to start a new one on my tablet. When I downloaded it on my tablet it asked if I wanted to continue with my account or make a new one. I clicked new one and was making my way through the tutorial. At the end of act 1 chapter 1.1 the game wouldn't stop loading, I closed it down and reopened it for the game only to be logged Into my main account and not the new one. Any way to fix this?
