Can the alliance recruitment tab be restructured?

For the most part, this website hasn't been restructured too much. Would it be possible to re-do the way the alliance recruitment tab is structured? I'm trying to recruit for an alliance that a friend is in, but its a hassle having to read through every single post that says " Looking for alliance" just to find that the vast majority of those posts aren't who I'm trying to recruit? Perhaps it could be restructured to have 2 broad categories (those who are recruiting for an alliance or those who are looking to be recruited) and then a few sub categories to narrow the search down to the summoners or alliances that best fit the needs of those looking for someone or some group. A response from a mod or admin would be preferred!
