I always get 2star on all premier hero crystals why do I get that.please kabam why are you hurting my feelings.everyone of my friends who plays this game tells me as unluckiest person and I get so much insult.please kabam doesn't make me sad.

    Don't buy crystals. Do arena and save up enough crystal shards to buy 10 Premium hero shard crystals. If you don't get a 4* then just realize the odds are about 2% to get a 4*. Chances are more likely that you will get all 2*s or maybe all 2*s and a 3*. It is far easier to get 4*s these days though with the addition of 4* shard crystals. Just be patient.

    Its a proven fact that 77% of the time you have a 82% chance of getting a 2*.

    @TKal I was not making it up. Find me a better number using empirical evidence. If you cannot then don't chime in on something you cannot provide more accurate assumptions on.

    That's the number I have always heard. I've seen someone open 600 PHCs before and get 13 4*s. So, I am inclined to believe the number has to be close to that.

    You always have 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000... 000000000000000000000002% chance to get a 4* out of a PHC so stop buying them and start grinding!

    Edit: I wrote the chance of pulling a 4* incorrectly, there must be at least 1 million number zeros
