Should I R3 my 5 star Venompool or R5 my 4star Corvus?

I understand Corvus is a definitely a better champ as a 4 star but Venompool is a 5 star. A more general question would be is it better to invest your T4CC in a good 4 star or a so-so 5star?

4*s are only “dead” if you have a bunch of top tier 5*s, or if you’ve got all the god tier 4*s ranked up already.
Having 4 5*s doesn’t mean you should instantly dismiss your 4*s, unless you like beings instantly dismissed by alliances you try to join because your roster wouldn’t be capable of running what they run.
