Cable nurf

Someone noticed that Cable after the update, decreased probavilidad of regeneration or it was mine that stayed like this, because every two fights it regenerated now this very difficult it regenerates

I'd say Wolverine's is a little more consistent and if done right you can enter almost any normal match (even in AQ) with him below 1000 health and survive.

Yeah, Cable's regen proc chance is only 15%. There's nothing fishy that I've seen.

I was comparing Cable with Wolverine. Cable = can't trust his regen . Wolverine = Can trust
