Who to Rank 4?

Preparing my labyrinth run tomorrow with my 5/65 Medusa. Bringing her synergy plus AA and psylocke to keep the sp3's rolling. AA is a duped r3 5*. Question is if it's worth it to take him to rank 4 for backup/pesky fights? Other options include Blade, Quake, Iceman, and Ultron - all unduped.
