starter exp boost

Hey, i should’ve get a 1w xp boost when i beat winter soldier at the start of the game. It’s been one day, i’n at act3, still didn’t get my xp boost.

Can i please have it? And no there is no boost to activate on my storage or boost screen.

I really want to reach lv40 before gpool event ends
