Game logging in problem through wifi

Hi my name acc name is NINGA_KILLER and I am facing a problem which is I can't open my acc through Wi-Fi but it shows the front page of the game logging in but don't load up.. But through mobile data 4g it works... I can't use data for the game... I will send the pic how it looks... And I tried for long time for 10mins didn't load up stayed in same page not even showing connection problem... I have even unistalled the game and reinstalled, even restarted my phone... Still the same condition. So please see into this problem. I wish there will be a wick response to this..
