Looking for 3 in a Gold 3 alliance

Looking to replace one of the founding members of our alliance. Gold 3 in Season 3 and we only ran 2 BGs at the end of the season with people getting burnt out. We run 55433 usually and try not to run Map 5 on AW attack days. We know life comes first and the expectation is just communication and participation.
