I need help with account transfer

I have got my account on an android device that is logged into google play but not kabam and every time I try to register it to a kabam account it logs me out of the game and makes me start a new game. I have tried to login using the same email address on my new iOS device but this just logs me into my second account please help I have followed all steps on the support page and I still can’t login.

Hey Darknesslordd, I'm sorry to hear your having some trouble transferring your game progress between devices. Our Support Team should be able to help you with this! You can contact them by tapping on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
