Infinity Dungeon 5 star crystals and artifacts

I have been informed that there are 5 star infinity dungeon crystals for which you can purchase with artifacts. However there do not appear in store. As well as this, the maximum number of artifacts that I can earn in a day is 500 but for others it's over 1000. Does anyone have a reason as to why some players earn more a day and can purchase 5 star crystals and why some can't.

    Your Bracket is determined by your Prestige, which is the average PI of your Top 5 Champs, without Masteries.
    There will only be enough Artifacts to buy one Champ in the next few months, but Artifacts are a permanent Resource now, so you can save them as long as it takes.

    Ok so in that case, I need to rank and level up my top 5 champs to increase my prestige until I am able to generate 1000+ artifacts and day and purchase 5 star dungeon crystals. Is that what you are saying?
