Monthly 4 Star shard card

in Bugs and Known Issues
This offer is not showing up on my phone, which is where my main account is, its showing up on my tablet, which is my old account and im not interested in playing outside of passing time while my energy is filling on my main.

Because this is a time gated offer, how do i get it on my phone before the offer runs out?

    The same thing happened to me with the recap crystal,still I didn't buy it because it's to much in my country.

    well with the reward it gives you upon purchase ill have enough for a 4 star, and after 30 days of logging in ill have more 4 stars
